Terms and conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms govern use of the Strudwick Capital website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

These are website-use terms. They do not form an engagement letter, non-disclosure agreement, introduction agreement, fee agreement, heads of terms or transaction contract. Any such arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.

1. About Strudwick Capital

Strudwick Capital Ltd, company number 17354310, is an acquisition introducer. We facilitate confidential introductions between business owners considering a sale and potential acquisition buyers and may help coordinate information and communications during a possible transaction process.

Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@strudwickcapital.com.

2. General information only

Website content is provided for general information. It does not take account of your circumstances and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulated financial or formal valuation advice.

You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified independent advisers before making decisions or entering into a transaction. You remain responsible for your own assessment, negotiations, due diligence and decisions.

3. Enquiries do not create an engagement

Sending an enquiry, registering acquisition interest, receiving a response or having an introductory conversation does not engage Strudwick Capital, qualify a buyer, create exclusivity, require us to make an introduction, or commit any person to sell, buy, fund or complete a transaction.

If we agree to provide services, the scope, confidentiality arrangements, fees and other binding terms will be set out in separately agreed documents. If those documents conflict with these website terms in relation to the agreed service, the separately agreed documents will apply to that service.

4. Our role

Unless separately agreed in writing, Strudwick Capital acts only as an acquisition introducer. We do not act as a solicitor, accountant, tax adviser, business valuer, investment adviser, regulated financial adviser or agent authorised to bind a seller or buyer.

Any information about a business, buyer or possible transaction may be supplied by third parties. Each participant must verify information and carry out appropriate due diligence before relying on it.

5. No transaction guarantee

We do not guarantee buyer or seller interest, suitability, funding, a particular valuation or price, the accuracy of third-party information, successful due diligence, or completion of any sale or acquisition. Outcomes and timing depend on the parties, their advisers and wider commercial factors.

6. Acceptable use

You must use this website lawfully and must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, forms, systems or data;
  • introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with its operation;
  • submit information that is knowingly false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised;
  • use website content or enquiry routes to harass, impersonate or infringe the rights of another person; or
  • copy, scrape or exploit website content or data for an unlawful or unauthorised commercial purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Strudwick Capital Ltd owns or is licensed to use the website design, branding, logo, written content, graphics and downloadable materials. You may view and print a reasonable copy for your own lawful internal use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the content without permission or another lawful basis.

8. Links and third-party services

The website links to or embeds services operated by other organisations, including Tally enquiry forms. Those organisations control their own services and may apply their own terms and privacy information. A link does not amount to an endorsement of all content on an external site. We are not responsible for an external service that we do not control.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or functionality. We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Content may become out of date, and we do not promise that every item will always be complete or current.

10. Responsibility for website use

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Strudwick Capital Ltd is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access this free website, or content and services supplied by an external site. Any responsibility arising from agreed introduction or transaction services is governed by the separately agreed documents for those services.

11. Governing law

These website terms and disputes concerning use of this website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The updated terms apply to website use from the date shown above.

Questions about these website terms can be sent to contact@strudwickcapital.com.
